1. Is it possible to combine an order from the online store with purchases from a LIVE broadcast (Facebook/Instagram)?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to combine orders placed in the online store with purchases made during a Facebook or Instagram live stream. These are separate logistical and system processes. Orders from each source are processed, packaged, and shipped as separate shipments.

2. Are Ceramika Millena products original Bolesławiec products?

Yes. Millena Ceramics is a member of the prestigious Bolesławiec Ceramic Brotherhood , which officially certifies the authenticity of our products. Each vessel is made locally, respecting the region's centuries-old traditions. When you buy from us, you can be sure you're receiving true Polish craftsmanship.

3. Can the colors of decorations fade over time?

No. Thanks to the firing process at temperatures above 1200°C and the use of the highest quality glazes, our decorations are extremely durable. The colors do not fade or lose their saturation even after many years of intensive use, frequent washing, or exposure to light.

4. What is the waiting time for an order?

Our ceramics are handcrafted and decorated with the utmost care. Standard order processing and preparation time for shipping is 3 to 4 weeks . In exceptional cases, it may take up to 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience – this time allows us to guarantee the highest quality of each item.

5. What are the available shipping options and costs?

We offer two proven delivery methods within the country:

• InPost (Parcel Lockers/Courier): PLN 21.99

• Polish Post: PLN 20.00

6. How do I get the tracking number for my shipment?

The method of notification depends on the carrier selected:

InPost : The tracking number will be sent automatically by the InPost system to your e-mail address .

Polish Post : You will receive the tracking number in an SMS message to the phone number provided when placing the order.

7. Is ceramic dishwasher safe and oven safe?

Yes, our cookware is designed to meet the demands of a modern kitchen. It's safe to use:

8. Can products differ slightly from each other?

Yes. Each item is handcrafted and decorated by human hands. Due to the artisanal production process, slight variations in the paint or minimal imperfections may occur between pieces. These are not considered defects, but rather proof of the authenticity and unique character of the craftsmanship.

9. Can I order a shape or decoration not currently available in the store?

We currently only sell products available directly from our online store . It is not possible to order custom shapes or special-order decorations from our online store.

10. Will the offer expand?

Absolutely! Our assortment is vibrant and constantly evolving. We add new decorations and unique shapes on a regular basis , so we encourage you to visit regularly to stay up to date.

11. Is ceramic safe for food contact?

Absolutely. We use only natural raw materials and safe, lead-free glazes and dyes for production and decoration. Our tableware is fully food-safe and safe for health.
